April 23, 2024 - 9:40am Eastern Time - A fault has been detected in one of our IMAP/POP3 email servers. We're working to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
It appears the source of the fault was an automatic software update that was incompatible with our server configuration.
We have taken steps to prevent a recurrence of the problem.
