Making changes to DNS records should only be done by someone with extensive knowledge of DNS, as mistakes can cause your web site or email to become unavailable. If you prefer to have us make the changes for you, simply open a Support Ticket and we'll be glad to help make the changes for you. Otherwise, follow the instructions below:
To add a DNS Record:
- Start by logging into the client area on StormWeb
- Click on DNS Management under your hosting plan
- Click on the Add Record button to add a DNS record
To delete a DNS Record:
- Start by logging into the client area on StormWeb
- Click on DNS Management under your hosting plan
- Check the checkbox next to the record or records you wish to delete, then click on the Delete button that appears above the DNS record list
