From time to time, you may need to adjust the version of PHP your website uses. To do so, follow the procedure below.
- Start by logging into the client area on StormWeb
- Click on Domain Setup under your hosting plan
- Click on the domain name for your website
- Click on the PHP Selector button at the top right
- Choose the version of PHP you'd like to use
- Click on the Save button
- Wait a minute for the change to complete
- Test your website to ensure it works correctly with the version of PHP you have selected
- If you run into any problems, you can change the version back using the same procedure
If you need to adjust the PHP version of a subdomain, you can do so under the Subdomains section of your client area, under your hosting plan.
