If you're hosting a web site with StormWeb, but using a domain registrar other than StormWeb, you will need to set the name servers for your domain at your domain registrar.
For web hosting plans, you should configure the name servers as follows:
NS1.STORMWEB.NET
NS2.STORMWEB.NET
For VPS hosting plans, refer to your welcome email for the correct nameservers for your VPS.
