Accessing Email from Multiple Devices

Accessing your email from multiple devices is quite simple.  It's simply a matter of using an IMAP connection from all your devices when configuring your email clients.  Your email should be configured as follows in your email client or device:

Username: Use the full email. (eg. johnsmith@example.com)
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.example.com (where example.com is your domain name)
  • IMAP Port: 993
Outgoing Server: mail.example.com (where example.com is your domain name)
  • SMTP Port: 465
IMAP and SMTP require authentication.
