Where are your servers located?
All servers are located in our state-of-the-art data centre in London, Ontario,
Canada. The data center is a class one secure building with
full battery backup diesel generators. Our world-class facility
is equipped with an HVAC temperature control system and anti-static
floors. It boasts superb security, 24/7 secured access, and
video camera surveillance. As well, features such as StormWeb's
triple redundant backbone and fully redundant on-site power
supply ensure that data servers are both protected and
fully functional in the event of a communications or power failure.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes, if you are unhappy with our service for any reason, we offer an
unconditional 30-day money back guarantee, less a $30 administration
fee. Domain registrations are non-refundable.
Will my web site have advertisements?
No, not unless you put them there. We do not put ads or banners
on your web site.
Will you transfer my domain name for me?
Yes, we will send you the DNS server information and you can
make the change yourself or let us know and one of our skilled
technicians will do it for you.
Can I register my domain with you?
Yes, we include a free domain for life with all new hosting accounts.

How long does it take to get my web space?
We will have your web space ready within 24 hours (usually less).
Your domain name may take 24 to 48 hours to transfer.
Will my site have any downtime if I transfer to StormWeb?
If you are transferring your domain you can upload all your
web content before the DNS servers are updated.
That way, your site won't have any downtime.
Can I pay with a cheque or money order?
We would prefer that you pay with credit card, but do accept
money orders or cheques. Just call our billing dept
before placing your order. Your site will not be set up until
payment is received and cleared.
